The majority of our designers, drafters, and engineers are also in Northeast Ohio - where the cost of a quality single-family home is roughly 1/4 the cost in Utah, and the cost of living - and ergo our cost - is substantially lower. DESIGN DRAWINGS. We serve the Utah Valley and all of North Central Utah with outstanding new homes, residential remodels, and new additions. We draw and detail a broad range of custom homes: traditional, classical, modern, and cutting-edge styles.

PERMIT DRAWINGS. We are attentive to construction methods, structural principles, local zoning codes, and building code constraints. We are knowledgeable of permitting processes and have strong, respectful relationships with many building officials.

BUDGET. We believe that architectural services in the Utah Valley should be affordable. We informally have surveyed a range of Registered Architects and countered with a consistently lower fee structure, striving to keep fees in better alignment with design, drafting, and construction processes.

VALUE. For remodels and additions, we identify the aesthetics of existing homes and create projects that respond to that beauty and refine it. These projects substantially increase the value of the homes, while enhancing the lives of the owners and residents.
